On September 1st, 2023, Quebec 64 goes into effect, requiring businesses that need to comply with this law to provide additional disclosures within their Privacy Policies.

We've been monitoring this bill since its inception and will be pushing the automatic update for the newly required Privacy Policy disclosures shortly to our respective customers' Privacy Policies.
