A woman has been arrested and charged with felony murder following a shocking hit-and-run incident that authorities say was no accident.

According to the Winston-Salem Police Department, 37-year-old Moses Arnold was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon, a day after allegedly intentionally striking and killing another woman with her vehicle.
